NCAA Men’s Tournament Top Moments: Final Four

And then there were two.

The 11-seed UCLA Bruins went on a Cinderella story run and fought their hardest to keep it alive.

But they met their end against the undefeated, top-seeded Gonzaga Bulldogs, thanks to an unbelievable 3-pointer at the buzzer in overtime by freshman guard Jalen Suggs, propelling Gonzaga to a 93-90 win.

Before that, the 2-seed Houston Cougars faced the 1-seed Baylor Bears, as just one Texas team could two-step into Monday’s national championship game.

That team was the Baylor Bears, who won in dominant fashion.

Here are the top moments and plays from the Final Four.

Golden Globes Fashion and Can’t Miss Moments: Bold Color, Best Accessories and Return of Glamour

THR spots the biggest trends on Golden Globes night courtesy of custom gowns, couch casual and mini dresses.

It might not have always been pretty (audio issues, anyone?) but when the Hollywood Foreign Press Association presented the 78th annual Golden Globe Awards, the stars responded by enlisting their glam squads and breaking out custom gowns en masse to prove that glamour is, indeed, back.

Ahead of Sunday night’s telecast, it was unclear how the industry would respond against the backdrop of a still looming COVID-19 pandemic and a fresh controversy due to the HFPA’s lack of Black members. The Golden Globes red carpet, after all, has long been a place for political and socially conscious statements, most recently in 2018 when the majority of female participants wore black in solidarity with Time’s Up and the #MeToo movement. While calls for change were worked into hosts Tina Fey

Now, as the city inches its way through a third debilitating lockdown following a year of shuttered retail behemoths (RIP Topshop and Debenhams), post-Brexit immigration restrictions and exclusively digital event programming, London’s spotlight seems dimmer this season as another online-only Fashion Week begins. The urban canvas upon which stylists, designers, models and photographers from across the world would usually present their brightest and boldest ideas has been confined to cyberspace and so, too, its shoppers and acolytes. But out of this darkness sprout new opportunities suggesting a more considered, connected and inclusive future as independent labels emerge from London’s sartorial shadow. London has always been at the centre

A Look Back at Her Most Stylish Moments Through the Years

Amanda Gorman is a rising fashion icon.

The 22-year-old poet laureate became 2021’s breakout fashion star after she delivered a powerful poem at the 2021 presidential inauguration, wearing a vibrant yellow coat from Prada. She’s since continued to make waves in the world by getting signed with IMG Models and appearing on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” in Chanel teamed with a headband by Autumn Adeigbo this week.

While many are just discovering the highly accomplished writer, Gorman has been serving up looks while taking the world by storm for quite some time.

In May of 2018, Gorman performed poetry in honor of Lin-Manuel Miranda and Dick Van Dye at the Geffen Playhouse in a whimsical floral dress that featured a backless detail from Asos.

Gorman then attended the 2018 Beautycon in Los Angeles, wearing a sheer blush-colored dress that was embellished with flowers also from Asos.
