Antonio Marras Men’s Spring 2023

If there’s a design and style that prevalent feeling would advocate to stay away from proper now it’s navy — until you go by the name Antonio Marras and truly use it to send a message of hope and rebirth.

Respecting his signature artisanal technique to manner, the Sardinian designer disrupted camouflage industry jackets with inserts of floral prints and embroideries, in a style exercising that could be similar to a put-flowers-in-your-guns shot.

Starting off from the work on military services garments, Marras prolonged the botanical patchwork to tropes of men’s wardrobes, from tailoring to hoodies and chunky knitwear, all with their relaxed shapes interrupted by various inserts.

Not sated however, the designer determined to incorporate in the blend animal prints and upcycled silk scarves, which he explained as “elements that really do not belong to my lexicon, that I by no means needed or cared about.”

Following coming across a vintage scarf, the theme grew into him to the position that he deployed very similar items and blended them on shirts, anoraks and bomber jackets.
