The naviPod is for the iPod photo, Click Wheel iPod, iPod mini and iPod with Dock Connector. It includes an audio port whose volume can be controlled by the naviPod remote, and a chrome stand for use when the iPod is not docked. The naviPod features a 5-button infrared remote control and a receiver unit that plugs directly into the top of the iPod.

With the naviPod, the iPod can function as the centerpiece of a digital audio system. All you gotta do is plug in a pair of self-powered speakers, or connect to a stereo receiver/amplifier, and you're happening.
